About The Position

The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers about their rentals, maximizes revenue opportunities by offering products and services and addressing customer objections, and provides customer service and sales support. The role also includes shuttling customers and preparing vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning them, assessing damage, fueling them, and refilling fluids.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities necessary to complete the job responsibilities.
• Ability to perform essential functions that include sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
• Knowledge of operating a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about their rentals.
• Offer products and services and address customer objections to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Provide customer service and sales support.
• Shuttle customers.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning them, assessing damage, fueling them, and refilling fluids.
