About The Position

HB Leisure is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to help create enjoyable guest experiences in games and entertainment. Team members greet and engage guests, explain games, encourage participation, support sales, and keep the games area and prize displays organized, clean, and safe. The role offers training and opportunities to grow within the company. Flexible scheduling is available around team members’ availability, with evening, weekend, and holiday work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales transactions accurately.

• Assist with inventory and product transfers.
