About The Position

EDS Service Solutions partners with car rental companies across the United States and runs back-end operations to support exceptional customer rental experiences. The Customer Service Agent at MSP Airport manages rental and occasional return processes in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role focuses on welcoming customers, providing helpful and professional service, preparing accurate rental documentation, explaining rates and charges, and resolving customer issues. The position pays $18 per hour with weekly pay and includes PM shifts and weekends.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Excellent customer service skills and prior customer service experience.
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record for the past three years.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, welcoming customer service while managing rental and occasional return processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Help ensure each customer receives a clean and safe vehicle.
Take ownership of customers’ service experiences and promptly resolve issues.
Contribute to teamwork and collaboration, understanding how the role supports the company’s success.
Use company-approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional products that meet those needs.
Prepare rental and return documents accurately and completely, including the Rental Agreement Folder.
Qualify customers according to company rental requirements.
Provide directions, maps, local information, and appropriate service information.
Explain rental parameters, rates, and service charges to customers.
Ensure rental agreement return dates and times are accurate and review charges when vehicles are returned.
Answer customer phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
Coordinate customers in the queue to reduce wait times and support efficient service.
