About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Agent at MSP Airport. The role supports car rental operations by managing rental and occasional return processes in accordance with company policies and procedures. The agent provides customer assistance, prepares rental documentation, reviews rental terms and charges, and helps ensure customers receive a clean and safe vehicle and an efficient service experience. The position is based at MSP Airport in Woodbury, Minnesota, pays $18 per hour with weekly pay, and includes a PM shift with weekends.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Strong customer service skills and prior customer service experience.
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record for the past three years.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, professional customer service throughout rental and occasional return transactions.
Follow company policies, procedures, rental requirements, and approved sales and service techniques.
Help ensure every customer receives a clean and safe vehicle.
Take ownership of customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
Offer optional products based on customer needs and preferences.
Prepare rental and return documents accurately and completely, including the Rental Agreement Folder.
Qualify customers using company rental requirement guidelines.
Provide directions, maps, local-area information, and relevant service information.
Explain rental terms, rates, and service charges to customers.
Ensure the rental agreement has an accurate return date and time.
Review all charges when vehicles are returned.
Answer customer phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
Coordinate customers in the queue to reduce waiting and support efficient service.
Contribute to teamwork and collaboration and represent the company brand professionally.
