About The Position

Unifi is seeking an Airport Ramp Agent to support airline ground services at the Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. The role is responsible for marshalling aircraft at gates, handling and sorting baggage and other cargo, and may include aircraft cabin service. Duties also include aircraft inspections and hazard checks, de-icing as required, and operating ramp equipment. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs authorities.
Valid driver's license.
Able to frequently lift more than 70 pounds and constantly lift up to 70 pounds.
Able to constantly push and pull up to 70 pounds and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder level, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
Able and willing to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Able and willing to work outdoors in weather that may include severe seasonal conditions.

Responsibilities

Marshall arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
Perform wing-walker duties to protect aircraft wings from equipment during pushback and de-icing.
Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company materials between aircraft bins and ground equipment.
Operate ramp equipment, including bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
As assigned, service aircraft, clean lavatories and cabins, and restock supplies.
Follow safety procedures, policies, and company operational standards.
Report safety and security incidents and potential hazards promptly in accordance with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
Perform other related duties as assigned within the expected skill, experience, and capability of the position.
