About The Position

Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring an entry-level Ramp Agent at STX. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and supporting safe, on-time flight departures and arrivals by handling freight, mail, and baggage. Agents use company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The advertised pay rate is $12.28 per hour.

Requirements

• Able to carry, bend, lift, and turn while handling bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license or passport; some license restrictions may prevent consideration.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely while supporting on-time departures and arrivals.
• Use company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags to their destinations.
