About The Position

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative in Forsan, Texas. The representative provides professional, timely support to the sales team and customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Working with customers and Account Managers, this role helps identify products and services, address customer needs, and build positive ongoing business relationships. The position is expected to be performed onsite and includes customer deliveries and stockroom assistance as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely support to customers and the sales team.
• Partner with customers and Account Managers to find products and services and solve customer needs.
• Build positive, ongoing business relationships.
• Process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Expedite orders and process returns.
• Source parts.
• Assist in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom as needed.
• Drive and deliver material to customers.
