About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a knowledgeable, energetic Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver an outstanding customer experience to commercial and residential consumers in the green industry. The role involves serving customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering, while supporting sales growth, inventory operations, merchandising, and a safe branch environment. Bilingual conversational English/Spanish candidates are preferred.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience or knowledge in the green industry, landscaping, nursery, or irrigation products.
• Inventory management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or through online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working that positively affect business performance.
• Assist with product merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
