About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is a national distributor of landscaping products serving green industry professionals across the United States and Canada. Customer Sales & Service Representatives deliver a strong customer experience while serving commercial and residential customers in the green industry. They assist customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering; prepare orders for pickup or delivery; support sales growth; and help maintain product merchandising, inventory, and a safe store environment. Conversational English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products.
• Inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or through online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working that positively affect business performance.
• Assist with product merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
