About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a knowledgeable, energetic Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver an outstanding customer experience to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. The role serves customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering, while supporting sales, order fulfillment, merchandising, inventory management, and general branch tasks. Associates are expected to maintain a safe working environment and partner with branch leadership to adopt technologies and ways of working that improve business performance. Conversational English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products.
• Inventory management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or through online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working that positively impact business performance.
• Assist with merchandising products, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
