About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a knowledgeable, energetic Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver an outstanding customer experience to commercial and residential consumers in the green industry. The representative assists customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering; prepares inventory for pickup or delivery; helps grow sales; and supports merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe work environment. Conversational English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products.
• Inventory management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or through online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to positively impact business performance.
• Assist with merchandising products, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
