About The Position
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will help customers by understanding their needs, demonstrating and explaining products, and describing the practical aspects of fitting services. Halfords provides product knowledge and skills training. The company also invests in colleague training and career development, supporting a range of career paths and progression at different paces. The role pays £12.71 per hour for colleagues aged 21 and over and £10.85 per hour for those under 21.
Requirements
- Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
- A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets.
