About The Position

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a high-energy Customer Sales Advisor for Speeders Car Wash in Schenectady, New York. The role welcomes Unlimited Wash Pass Members and makes a positive first impression on new guests while providing friendly, high-quality service in a fast-paced car wash environment. The successful candidate is motivated, outgoing, comfortable working outdoors in varied weather, and passionate about car washing and creating memorable guest experiences.

The position includes a 40-hour work week, including evenings and weekends. Compensation is listed as an hourly rate of $17–$19 plus unlimited commission. Applicants must complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment as a required step for their application to proceed. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic computer skills.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• At least 8th-grade proficiency.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to remain on their feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Able to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable of working in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
• Complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment as part of the application process.

Responsibilities
