About The Position

Summit Wash Holdings is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor for the NEW Speeders Car Wash in Plainfield, New Jersey. The role welcomes Unlimited Wash Pass Members and makes a memorable first impression on new guests while providing friendly, high-quality service in a fast-paced car wash environment. The successful candidate is energetic, outgoing, highly motivated, comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and willing to pitch in as needed. The role includes an hourly rate of $18 plus unlimited commission. Applicants must complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment for their application to move forward.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Work a 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Have highly developed communication skills.
• Have 8th-grade proficiency or above.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Be mobile enough to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Be capable of working in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
• Complete the required Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales and quality metrics.
• Answer questions about car wash services and plans.
• Process payment transactions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and stay alert to potential hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
