About The Position

Summit Wash Holdings is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor for its upcoming NEW Speeders Car Wash location in Piscataway, New Jersey. The role focuses on welcoming Unlimited Wash Pass Members and new car wash guests, answering questions about wash services and plans, and providing a memorable, high-quality guest experience. The successful candidate is energetic, outgoing, friendly, highly motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about car washing and exceptional guest service. The role involves working outdoors in varied weather conditions and performing hands-on tasks as needed. Compensation is $18 per hour plus unlimited commission, with commissions paid every pay period. Applicants must complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment for their application to proceed.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for a 40-hour work week, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Proficiency at an 8th-grade level or above.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to remain on their feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Able to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable of working in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
• Complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment as part of the hiring process.
