About The Position

Summit Wash Holdings is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor for the upcoming NEW Speeders Car Wash in Piscataway, New Jersey. The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere for Unlimited Wash Pass Members and making a memorable first impression on new guests. Candidates should be energetic, motivated, outgoing, and friendly, and should enjoy working outdoors in varying conditions in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $18 plus unlimited commission. Applicants must complete the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment for their application to proceed.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Work a 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Have highly developed communication skills.
• Have proficiency at an eighth-grade level or above.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand for at least eight hours at a time.
• Be able to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Be capable of working in extreme hot and cold weather.
• Complete the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment as part of the application process.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
• Car wash experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales and quality metrics.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail.
• Answer questions about car wash services and plans.
• Process payment transactions.
