About The Position

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will help customers by understanding their needs, demonstrating and explaining products, and describing the practical aspects of fitting services. Halfords will provide product knowledge and skills training. The role offers opportunities to develop a career within Retail or elsewhere in the Group.

Requirements

Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
Problem-solving skills.
Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
