About The Position

Summit Wash Holdings is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor at the upcoming NEW Speeders Car Wash in Plainfield, New Jersey. The role focuses on welcoming Unlimited Wash Pass members and new guests, answering questions about car wash services and plans, processing payments, and delivering friendly, high-quality guest service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Candidates should be motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions. This is a 40-hour work week that includes evenings and weekends. Compensation is $18 per hour plus unlimited commission. Applicants must complete the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment for their application to move forward.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic computer skills.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• At least 8th-grade proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to remain on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week, including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment is required for the application to proceed.
