About The Position

The Customer Return Agent welcomes customers returning rental vehicles and delivers a friendly, professional experience. The role includes inspecting vehicles, completing return transactions, advising customers about final charges, promoting SIXT products and services, and preparing vehicles for maintenance or relocation. The position requires working in varying weather conditions and taking on additional tasks to support business needs. The role is based at Philadelphia Airport and pays $21.75 per hour. The schedule is 40 hours per week and may include day or evening shifts, with 5–10% travel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
• Willingness to travel 5–10%, with some travel potentially by airplane.
• Willingness to wear a company uniform.

• Background in sales, service, or hospitality.
• Ability to speak other languages.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional vehicle-return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage; handle findings discreetly and direct issues to appropriate channels.
• Complete return transactions accurately and explain final rental charges to customers.
• Promote additional SIXT products and services where applicable.
• Identify and tag vehicles requiring maintenance and ensure vehicles are moved to the correct location.
• Work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks to support business needs.
