About The Position

The Customer Return Agent welcomes customers returning rental vehicles and delivers a friendly, professional experience. The role includes inspecting vehicles, completing return transactions, explaining final rental charges, promoting SIXT products and services, and identifying vehicles that need maintenance. The agent works in varied weather conditions and may take on additional tasks to support business needs. The position is based at Philadelphia Airport and pays $21.75 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
• Open to travel (5–10%), some of which may be by airplane.
• Willing to wear a company uniform.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional vehicle-return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage; handle findings discreetly and direct issues to the appropriate channels.
• Complete return transactions accurately and advise customers about final rental charges.
• Promote additional SIXT products and services where applicable.
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance and ensure they are moved to the correct location.
• Work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks to support business needs.
