We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quality Manager to lead plant-level quality execution and ensure the highest standards of product and process quality. This role is accountable for customer quality performance, Quality Management System (QMS) ownership, laboratory operations, and end-to-end problem resolution. The Quality Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving customer satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of Built-In Quality and Zero Defect mindset across the organization.
