Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer relations strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Train and support staff on best practices for customer service and relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend improvements.
