About The Position

Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience for every client, and supporting the dealership’s commitment to exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Customer Relations: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Self Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle customer needs promptly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer relations or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage customer communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Track and report on customer relations metrics to support continuous improvement.
