About The Position

The Customer Project Manager owns the Services execution lane for assigned Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) projects as part of an integrated Schneider Electric team. The role partners with product and services project leaders, site teams, field service representatives, schedulers, tender and commercial teams, factories, vendors, and customers to deliver Startup & Commissioning and related Services scope from early alignment through closeout. The position validates sold Services scope, assumptions, customer requirements, site-support needs, and resource impacts; coordinates field service and subcontractor mobilization; and oversees startup and commissioning execution, work orders, quality, reporting, sign-offs, and closeout documentation. It also maintains Services schedules, revenue forecasts, end dates, cost outlooks, and risk views; manages the approved Services budget; and protects the as-sold gross margin or better. The role identifies and manages Services risks, quality concerns, resource constraints, schedule conflicts, and site blockers, escalating issues that may affect customer commitments, equipment readiness, overall schedules, or closeout. It owns Services-related change orders and routes product, factory, design, engineering, or commercial equipment issues to the accountable Product Project Manager. The Customer Project Manager provides customer updates, supports coordinated communications, maintains project and customer tools as scoped, promotes safe execution, and captures lessons learned to help improve Services execution across the growing C&SP portfolio. This role offers exposure to project management, field execution, customer operations, financial performance, critical power, cooling, and cross-business collaboration, with opportunities for continued growth in project and program leadership. The U.S.-based full-time position has an expected annual pay range of USD 101,600–152,400, including base pay and short-term incentives.
