About the position
Notion is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing leader to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the customer marketing function, scaling both customer advocacy and core customer programs. They will be instrumental in developing the strategies and tactics needed to make Notion customer-centric, activate their customer community, and shape their customer experience. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on customer marketing experience, experience working in the software or B2B technology industry, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.
Responsibilities
- Define the customer marketing function and scale customer advocacy and core customer programs
- Develop strategies and tactics to make Notion customer-centric, activate the customer community, and shape the customer experience
- Create and manage the customer reference program
- Build relationships with customers and gather feedback through the Customer Advisory Board and other community initiatives
- Craft customer campaigns, reviews, and ratings programs to improve customer engagement and loyalty
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on customer marketing experience
- Experience working in the software or B2B technology industry
- Proven success in developing and executing effective customer advocacy programs
- Experience building customer relationships, managing customer feedback, and conducting interviews
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer-centric campaigns
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, brand, content and product teams in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of demand generation and growth marketing strategies
