About the position
The job overview for this role is to manage and grow Notion's Services Partner Program, focusing on services partnerships. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners, as well as designing and implementing an accreditation strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams within Notion, particularly Sales and Customer Success, to ensure successful business outcomes for Notion customers. Additionally, the role includes developing and driving ongoing partnerships strategies and programs to grow channel and partner influenced revenue, as well as building the operational foundations of Notion's channel programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Services Partner Program, working with companies building consulting businesses for Notion
- Recruit, onboard, and enable services partners, ensuring effective training and enablement
- Design, launch, and manage Notion's accreditation strategy for service partners
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve successful business outcomes for Notion customers
- Develop and drive partnerships strategy and programs to grow channel and partner influenced revenue
- Build operational foundations for Notion's channel programs, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and engagement of partners
- Act as an internal advocate for Notion's services and channel partners
- Help design the Business Development function at Notion and its growth and development over time
- Have 5+ years of experience in revenue partnerships and influencing across various functions
- Define and execute partnership strategies to grow revenue programs
- Interface with Sales, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Possess strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and quantitative skills.

- Ability to influence constituencies across a wide variety of functions
- Experience in defining and executing partnership strategies to grow revenue programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interface both externally and internally across functions like Sales, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong negotiation and quantitative skills
