Brand Design Lead

• Lead and scale the Brand Design team at Notion's Creative Studio
• Set and maintain the highest bar for quality of design output
• Provide high-level creative direction for projects
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery
• Measure the success of the team's work internally and externally
• Evangelize the team's work both internally and externally
• Craft the vision and next chapter of the brand design system

• Collaborate with partners across the business to scale design efforts
• Work on advertising and marketing collateral, talent brand, external and internal comms, and more

• 10+ years experience with 2+ years managing a team
• Excels at working with creative talent and all kinds of creative formats, from design to film, including contractors, agencies, and other specialists

• Lead and grow a team to execute on cross-team and/or multi-phase projects from design through implementation

• Highly competitive compensation based on location, role's scope and complexity, and candidate's experience and expertise (estimated base salary range of $185,000 - $220,000 per year for roles based in New York and San Francisco)
