About The Position

As an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist, you are the front-line contact for premium customers and deliver a seamless, personalized experience from vehicle delivery through collection. The role involves coordinating logistics, communicating proactively with customers, and providing warm, professional service at every stage. This position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or car rental.
• Professional, friendly demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technological proficiency and comfort using mobile devices.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and continuously sit, stand, walk, enter and exit vehicles, drive various automobiles, talk, hear/listen, and type.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional, personalized service to customers.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers and provide a premium customer experience.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team members and management.
• Contact premium customers by phone, text, email, and app to confirm logistics, special requests, and meeting locations.
• Greet customers, open vehicle doors, assist with luggage, and explain the rental vehicle.
