Requirements

  • Recent Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization.
  • Experience supporting one or more HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or People Operations.
  • Demonstrated success supporting the unique talent needs of Customer Experience organizations, including high-volume recruiting, operational scaling, rapid growth, or multi-site workforce environments.
  • Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced, or multi-site business environments.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle processes, and HR best practices.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to support hiring strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting technologies.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience supporting one or more of the following environments: Customer Care, Contact Center Operations, Technical Support, Customer Service, Customer Success, Back Office Operations, Digital Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, AI Operations, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Shared Services, Global Delivery Organizations.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting, multi-site operations, distributed workforces, or enterprise HR initiatives within the Customer Experience outsourcing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing candidate backgrounds against active and upcoming client searches.
  • Connecting qualified candidates with new opportunities as they become available.
  • Building long-term relationships with HR professionals.
  • Supporting client engagements in identifying and attracting talent.
  • Partnering with business leaders to support hiring strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
