Requirements

  • Recent Sales experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization is required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following solutions: Customer Care, Customer Support, Contact Center Services, Digital Customer Experience, Technical Support, Back Office Services, Revenue Generation, Collections & Recovery, Trust & Safety, AI-Enabled Customer Experience, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Business Services, Digital Transformation, Managed Services.
