Requirements

• Recent Finance or Accounting experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization is required.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Accounting Operations, or related financial disciplines.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and operational teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting enterprise or global Customer Experience organizations.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations or international delivery centers.
• Experience working with P&L management, EBITDA analysis, cost optimization, pricing strategy, or operational finance.
• Experience supporting private equity-backed or publicly traded organizations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing background against both active and upcoming client searches across the Customer Experience outsourcing industry.
• Considering qualified candidates for opportunities in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Financial Reporting, Revenue Accounting, Controllership, Operational Finance, Shared Services Finance, and Executive Finance Leadership.
• Proactively connecting with professionals whose experience aligns with clients' hiring needs, organizational culture, geographic preferences, leadership level, and compensation expectations as new opportunities become available.
• Building long-term relationships with exceptional Finance and Accounting professionals.
• Connecting professionals with organizations where they can make a meaningful impact.
