As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing them with the best possible solutions. Based in Barcelona, you will join our international team and work in a flexible and positive environment. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming requests via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions about the electronic reservation book, website, or app
- Provide suitable answers or solutions according to customer's specific needs
- Be based in Barcelona
- Have a native level of French and fluent in English (knowledge of more languages is welcome)
- Have open-mindedness and high level of communication skills
- Care about customer needs and strive to make their experience unique and satisfactory
- Have knowledge in CRM tools
- Have experience in a customer support environment
