About the position
TheFork is seeking a Customer Care Specialist who will be responsible for answering incoming requests via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have a native level of Italian and be fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus. They should be open-minded, have strong communication skills, and care about customer needs. Responsibilities
- Answer to incoming requests via phone, email and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about electronic reservation book, website or app.
- Provide suitable answer or solution according to customer's specific needs.
- Have a native level of Italian and fluent in English.
- Open-minded and have a high level of communication skills.
- Care about customer needs and always try to make their experience unique and satisfactory.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Have technological knowledge and troubleshooting experience in a customer support environment or worked with Salesforce.
Requirements
