Responsibilities
- Answer incoming requests via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions about electronic reservation book, website, or app
- Provide suitable answers or solutions according to customer needs
- Have a native level of German and fluency in English
- Care about customer needs and strive to make their experience unique and satisfactory
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Have technological knowledge and troubleshooting experience in a customer support environment or with Salesforce.
