About The Position
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will apply modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. The role requires subject matter expertise, collaboration across teams, and accountability for team decisions and software components. You will help ensure component quality and performance meet project standards, guide colleagues through complex technical challenges, resolve recurring issues, and contribute to improvements in development processes and tools. The client requires onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This is an Accenture Flex fixed-duration, project-based role.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing with IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Expert proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
