About The Position

Accenture Flex is hiring a Custom Software Engineer for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role develops custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. The engineer applies modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. This role is expected to act as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, take responsibility for team decisions, contribute to key decisions, and resolve problems within and across teams. The position requires onsite work Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience developing with IBM AS/400 RPG III.
High school diploma or GED.
Expert proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
