About The Position

As a Custom Software Engineer at Accenture Flex, you will develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. The role calls for subject-matter expertise, effective collaboration across teams, ownership of team decisions, contributions to key decisions, and problem-solving within and across teams. You will apply deep technical knowledge to design and implement software components, support colleagues by sharing expertise, analyze complex challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business objectives and user needs. You will also help refine project workflows and quality standards. The client requires onsite work Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Accenture Flex work is local and fixed-duration, project-based work; employees work onsite in their local metro area, reducing or eliminating travel demands.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience developing with Angular UI.
High school diploma or GED.
Expert proficiency in Angular UI is required.
Onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
