About The Position
The Custom Orders Representative supports custom and drop ship orders, serving as a liaison between vendors and customers to provide an exceptional customer experience. The role is based at Uline’s Kenosha Branch and is performed on-site in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Representatives handle customer inquiries, monitor orders through production and delivery, provide product guidance and customer service, and review and edit customer artwork to ensure it is production ready.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center.
- Act as a liaison between customers and vendors by phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Develop product expertise to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Review and edit customer artwork for custom orders to ensure it is ready for production.
