About The Position

Closet Factory is seeking a driven and assertive Custom Design & Sales Consultant for the Austin Metroplex and Central Texas. This role involves walking into clients' chaotic homes, designing custom organizational solutions on the spot, and closing sales. While pre-qualified appointments are provided, generating your own leads and managing your pipeline is crucial for success. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential for high performers.

Requirements

3+ years of sales or teaching experience.
