About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, mechanically inclined individual to operate agricultural equipment, provide customer service, and assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. The role involves working outdoors in good weather, both independently and as part of a team. Work assignments vary throughout the week and across the season. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; AGRILAND FS provides training to help employees develop the equipment-operation and job skills needed to succeed and build a career.

The position includes in-house paid CDL and equipment training, including training and certification for a Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements. Employees work with updated equipment, including John Deere R4038 or R4044 sprayers and spreaders with luxury cabs. Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
• Some mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass all pre-employment testing and a background check.
