About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, mechanically inclined individual to operate agricultural equipment, work outdoors in good weather, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. The role includes working both independently and as part of a team, with assignments varying throughout the week and season. The company provides in-house paid CDL and equipment training and supports employees’ development through job experience and company training programs.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
• Some mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
• At least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
