About The Position
AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys outdoor work in good weather, operating agricultural equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes working independently and as part of a team, and assisting with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Assignments vary throughout the week and by season. The employee will receive in-house paid CDL and equipment training. Requirements
- Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
- Some mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Must pass all pre-employment testing and a background check.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of agricultural equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Learn about equipment operation and maintenance.
