About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outdoors in good weather, operating agricultural equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. The role supports agronomy, propane, and fuel operations, with work assignments varying throughout the week and season. The employee will work independently and as part of a team and receive in-house paid CDL and equipment training. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; AGRILAND FS provides training to build the skills and knowledge needed for the job and career development.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
• Some mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass all pre-employment testing and a background check.

Responsibilities
