About The Position
Perform various cleaning duties in assigned areas of district buildings or schools in accordance with county health department standards and standards established by the Custodial Services Department. This position is at Palo Verde High Magnet School in the 22nd & Kolb area and is effective for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is classified as Blue Collar and is scheduled for 1.0 FTE, 8 hours per day, on a 12-month work calendar, PM shift.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of custodial experience.
- Speak, read, and write in English.
- Comprehend graphic and oral instructions in English.
- Before starting, pass an FBI fingerprint background check.
- Before starting, provide proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
- Before starting, complete a post-offer/pre-employment physical examination and 50-pound lift test.
- Complete mandatory TUSD New-Hire Custodial Training.

Benefits
