About The Position

GRBS is hiring a part-time custodian to clean public school buildings in Okemos, Michigan. Available shifts run Monday through Friday, with work one weekend per month. Listed shift times include 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. The position pays $16.50 per hour and includes paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates must provide valid proof of auto insurance and have reliable transportation to and from work. Due to Michigan public school requirements, applicants with theft-, violence-, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.

Custodians serve public school customers by carrying out routine cleaning tasks, following GRBS processes and the building map for their shift, communicating respectfully, and completing assigned work. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid identification.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day.
• Must provide valid proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities
