About The Position

GRBS is hiring part-time custodians to clean public school buildings in Portland Public Schools. The work includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and completing other cleaning tasks as assigned. Positions are scheduled Monday through Friday, with one scheduled weekend per month. Available shifts are 5:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The pay rate is $15.50 per hour.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have valid identification, and have reliable transportation to and from work. Due to Michigan Public School requirements, individuals with theft-, violence-, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.
