About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers with 18 locations across seven states, offering individualized treatment across detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient care. The Custodian helps maintain the cleanliness and smooth operation of the property and facility. The role includes routine custodial work, operational support as needed by the Executive Director, completion of facility upkeep checklists, and reporting completed work or concerns.

Requirements

• CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety is required.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of two years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of the property and plant.
• Perform routine custodial duties, including cleaning, restocking, and removing garbage.
• Provide operational support as required by the Executive Director.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure facility cleanliness and upkeep.
• Report completed activities and escalate concerns to the Executive Director.
