About The Position
Boyd Gaming Corporation is a premier casino entertainment company in the United States. We are seeking a Custodian I-Housekeeping-Steady Extra to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas and guest rooms, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18 or 21 (varies by property)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for the majority of the shift.
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year cleaning experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.
- Deliver and retrieve items like rollaway beds, irons, and ironing boards to guest rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas by picking up and removing trash and debris.
- Responsible for property clean up, including bio-chemical materials.
- Stock linen supplies in linen closets and load/unload linen carts.
- Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
