About The Position
The Houseperson Utility maintains the cleanliness of the hotel and ensures that Room Attendants' supply carts are emptied in a timely manner. All Caesar’s employees are expected to deliver great service, create a warm and friendly atmosphere, and ensure a fun and exciting environment where service excellence is paramount. Employees work as a team, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations. Key focus areas include delivering superior customer service, maintaining a positive attitude, building guest relationships, and utilizing the Service Recovery process. The role involves deep cleaning of rooms and overall hotel maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities
- Transports cleaning equipment up and down ramps.
- Vacuums and shampoos carpet (daily).
- Washes windows inside and out.
- Washes and cleans walls, light fixtures, louvers, ceilings, shelves, and outside walls and cement walls.
- Operates and controls all mechanical equipment including rotary machines, blowers, back vacuums, and a golf cart.
- Cleans and empties various cleaning equipment including shampooers, buffers, and vacuums.
- Recognizes and uses appropriate chemicals.
- Assists Room Attendants with stripping beds, emptying trash, bringing fresh linen, and other related responsibilities.
- Makes up rooms when needed.
- Delivers guest amenities upon request, such as pillows, additional beds, and blankets.
- Performs deep cleaning of rooms.
- Overall cleaning of the hotel.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
