About The Position

This position is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders. As a Digital Clerk, you will shop orders quickly and accurately, collect payment, and create a smooth, friendly pickup experience. You will use a dashboard to receive daily workflow, select and verify products throughout the store, bag and stage orders appropriately, and support curbside operations. Training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Process-driven, with the ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide remarkable service in the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
Greet customers courteously in person and over the phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns quickly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
